Cancellation terms:
Non Refundable Rate:
A cancellation or modification is not possible as 100% of the total stay is charged when booking the room, this policy is strilctly applied as we thus can offer you the best rates.
Note: The booked total is immediately charged at the time of booking on the provided card.
Fully Flexible Rate:
No Cancellation charge till 5 days before check in time ( 15h – local time – day of arrival ) ,
Beyond that time, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
In case of late cancellation or no show, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
In case of no show your total reservation we'll be cancelled and can't be used for any further nights of the original reservation.
In case of early departure, the entire stay will be charged. In case of no show the hotel reserves the right to resell you room for the remaining nights.
It's impossible to rebook your fully flexible reservation to a non refundable reservation.
Only written cancellations / modifications are accepted!
The total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card that we received at the time of booking 5 days before the day of arrival. If you choose another method of payment, please contact the hotel.
Please make sure that your reservation is guaranteed. A non-guaranteed reservation will be cancelled. Your reservation is guaranteed if you provide a valid credit card number and expiry date or if you wire 100% of the total stay to the following bank account :

We can store your luggage before check in and after check out.
The hotel can never be put responsable for damage, burglery or theft.
Twin configuration on request : surcharge € 50.00 / stay.
Our private camera secured car park is available at the rate of 39.00 EUR / car / night.

Extra bed / Sofa bed are available at the rate of 75.00 EUR / bed / child / night. ( on request )

Some rooms are only accessible via the stairs. If necessary we book a room accessible by lift or on the ground floor. Please contact the hotel directly via info@hoteltuilerieen.com.
By Belgium law it's not allowed to smoke within the buildings of our hotel. We kindly ask you to respect this. If we find out that you smoke in the room, a penalty of € 250 will be charged to your bill.

Our breakfast is available between 8h and 10h30.
Price = € 35.00 / person.

The hotel keeps lost items up to 1 month after departure date. After this month they are no longer preserved.
